• Age: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information when registering and using the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal use or internal business purposes, provided you remain in compliance with these Terms.

• Voice Samples: When you upload audio for voice cloning, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the audio or have obtained express written consent from the individual whose voice is being cloned.
• Unauthorized Cloning: You may not clone the voices of public figures, celebrities, or any third party without explicit authorization.
• Ownership of Output: Unless a subscription plan states otherwise, you own the generated audio files. You grant Voxumi a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Voxumi harmless against claims, damages, and legal fees arising from unauthorized use of third-party audio or voices.

• Subscriptions: Certain Service features are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription through account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Changes: We may change pricing on reasonable prior notice.

• Our Property: The Service, including its visual design, logos, SSML editor interface, and proprietary AI models, is the exclusive property of Voxumi and its licensors.
• Feedback: Any suggestions, comments, or feedback you submit may be used by us without compensation or restriction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXUMI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUTPUT WILL BE INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM HUMAN SPEECH OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXUMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, where we believe your conduct violates these Terms or harms other users, our platform, or our business interests.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction in Hangzhou.
