• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and login credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider such as Google or GitHub, we receive the information that provider is authorized to share with us.
• Audio and Content Data: We collect text you enter into our SSML editor or related creation tools to generate speech, and we collect voice recordings you upload when you request voice cloning or similar model-creation features.
• Payment Data: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or comparable providers. We do not store full card numbers or complete financial credentials on our own servers, but we retain transaction metadata such as order IDs, payment status, and subscription status.
• Technical and Usage Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser and device information, product interaction logs, and diagnostic records to keep the Service stable and improve performance.

• Provision of Services: To generate AI voices, manage projects, process voice cloning requests, and deliver the features you choose to use.
• Service Improvement: To refine our product experience and improve AI quality, including model evaluation and workflow optimization, using anonymized or aggregated data where possible.
• Communication: To send system updates, product notices, transactional messages, and support responses.
• Compliance and Security: To detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce product rules, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations.

• Performance of a Contract: To provide the Service that you requested.

Retention periods may vary depending on the category of information, the nature of the service relationship, payment and accounting requirements, legal obligations, and dispute-resolution needs. Voice samples and voice models may be deleted by users through the account dashboard when those controls are available.

• Right to Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format where required by law.
